Wenjing Zhang is a partner at YA+ Atelier and a multidisciplinary designer working across architecture, interiors, branding, and product design. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto’s John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Pratt Institute. She is also a WELL Accredited Professional.

Wenjing’s professional experience spans workplace and high-end interiors, branding initiatives, and large-scale architectural developments across Asia and North America. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to approach projects at different scales while connecting spatial design, visual identity, functionality, and project delivery.

Her design approach is shaped by an interest in cultural context, environmental responsibility, and the relationship between people and place. Her research and professional experiences have also informed her understanding of Indigenous perspectives and the importance of designing with consideration for future generations.

At YA+ Atelier, Wenjing contributes to architectural and interior concepts, branding, visual identity, and multidisciplinary design coordination across the studio’s work.
